Three Rivers became a platted subdivision 40 years ago with approximately 4,000 total acres. There are 626 actual parcels of land ranging from 1/2 acre to 10 acres and everything in between. Our phone service is cellular and water is available from a commercial well on the property which is delivered to your site and then stored in your cistern.
